as an 80’s el paso kid, growing up in a family of artists and having from he-man to chapulin colorado to burbujas to teenage mutant ninja turtles at every turn, I can say I probably had one of the best of both worlds in usa and mexican entertainment. my love for car design, toys & comics, along with my painter aunt, my fashionista mom, and an uncle’s love of building hot rods... there was no way i could have escaped the passion i have for these things today.
Miguel Lopez is a toy design and conceptual artist working in entertainment specializing in vehicle, prop, & character design, along with storyboarding, graphic design, comic illustration, & photography. He has partnered with clients representing Honda, Lexus, Ford, Tesla, Disney, Dreamworks, Hot Wheels, Monster Jam, Paw Patrol, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and other well-established design firms across the globe. Miguel enjoys working in digital and traditional formats in drawing and painting, 3d modeling and sculpture.
